- Credibility is the scarce resource↗ 9 Oct 2026
As AI products proliferate with indistinguishable pitches, credibility from trusted peers—not broad distribution or attention—becomes the decisive factor in buyer trust and GTM success.
- The next AI training ground is a laboratory↗ 1 Oct 2026
As AI models grow more capable at proposing scientific experiments, access to high-throughput laboratories becomes a critical bottleneck for training and validation. Companies like Periodic Labs and C5R are building infrastructure to connect AI agents directly to wet labs, creating tight feedback loops between model development and experimental data.
- Natural General Intelligence↗ 24 Sept 2026
Ryan Orbuch proposes a 'nature model'—a foundation model trained on planetary observations to understand interconnected Earth systems, enabling better prediction of intervention outcomes and identifying critical measurement gaps.
- Own the Harness, Rent the Model↗ 17 Sept 2026
Companies are building internal "harnesses"—permission-scoped skill libraries, deterministic gates, and evaluation loops—to let teams deploy AI agents safely and cost-effectively across GTM, RevOps, and engineering, with early examples showing 5-10x output gains and dramatic cost reductions through orchestration.
- Unleashing Creativity↗ 28 Aug 2026
A personal essay on using AI-generated cartoon tools with kids, interspersed with curated social-media posts on AI, robotics, and startup acquisitions.
- Grok Bot wins the first 15 seconds↗ 20 Aug 2026
Grok Bot offers zero-friction agent creation for consumers—sign up, describe your need in natural language, and deploy. The author argues this "first 15 seconds" framing is what separates consumer-grade AI agents from developer tools that require hours of setup.
- Enjoy the Ride↗ 13 Aug 2026
A meandering personal essay on building in-person connections and enjoying the journey, interspersed with loosely curated Twitter screenshots on AI, materials science, and eclipse photography—mostly commentary and links rather than original analysis.
- More book recommendations↗ 6 Aug 2026
Personal book recommendations and curated social media takes from a recent holiday, spanning historical fiction, space exploration, AI infrastructure, and long-term thinking—minimal substantive analysis.
